High-speed pulse counter

HP043 provides 4 high-speed pulse counters, while HP070 provides 2 high-speed pulse counters. Each high-speed counter allows a maximum of 32 PV values to be configured and supports 32 segments of "CV=PV" interrupts. The high-speed counter supports multiple modes and can count single-phase, two-phase (Up/Down), AB phase (1x and 4x), etc. The maximum counting frequency of HSC0 and HSC1 is single-phase 50KHz and two-phase 50KHz; The maximum counting frequency of HSC2 and HSC3 is 20KHz for single-phase and 10KHz for two-phase. Users can intuitively configure them using the HSC Configuration Wizard in the programming software.

High speed pulse output

HP043 provides 3 high-speed pulse outputs, while HP070 provides 2 high-speed pulse outputs. The channels are Q0.0, Q0.1, and Q0.4, all of which support PTO (pulse train) and PWM (pulse width modulation) output. Among them, the maximum output frequency of Q0.0 and Q0.1 channels can reach 50KHz (requiring a load resistance of no more than 3K Ω), and the maximum output frequency of Q0.4 channel is 10KHz.

Serial communication port

HP043-20DT has one RS485 interface, which is PORT1, with a maximum communication speed of 115.2kbps. HP043-20DTC&HP070-33DT have two RS485 interfaces, which are PORT1 PORT2， The maximum communication speed is 115.2kbps. PORT1 supports programming protocols, Modbus RTU master and slave, and free communication. PORT2 supports Modbus RTU master and slave, and free communication.
